Hi Amy,
She has been the best dog ever. We took her to Mitchell's baseball game and she was wonderful. Lilly just sat quietly and let people pet her. They were amazed how young and well behaved she was (and soft). Zach took her to the play ground at the game and she went down the slides and through the tunnels. At the cabin she does not go out of our yard unless we lift her over the lot line ( we do not have invisible fence there.) She loves the lake and will retrieve sticks in the water and bite at the waves. She loves to go on boat rides and is very calm on the pontoon. Jon even took her for a jet ski ride she just sat right in front of him. When he brought her back to the dock she wanted to get right back on. One of her new favorite things to do is to chase the water coming out of the hose. I think she would do this for hours. She jumps up and bites at the water. At the cabin we have a lever that stops the water for a pause. Zach paused the water on the hose and went to get something from inside and in that time Lilly figured out how to turn the hose back on by herself. Also, I can hardly ever leave without her she loves ride with me in the car and we go many times a day with the kids activities. I guess you can say she is a little spoiled and that the way it should be.
I just wanted to let you know what a joy she has been. She has been so good I haven't even started leash training with her yet. I will soon because now the woods is getting to thick and buggy to walk in. She just has very good maners. Also, she is great with the kids and not only ours. Many days we have around 10 boys running in and out of our house and all the kids love her.
Thank you and have a great summer,
Kay
